Clara is a therapist who has been practicing as a social worker for 10 years, mostly in the field of mental health. She has carried out counselling in private practice and for public mental health services, with particular training and experience delivering cognitive therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
She is very gentle, respectful, and patient. She is insightful and honest. She helps clients feel safe to explore their stories, and tailors her approach to their unique needs. She is non-judgmental and queer-friendly. She practices with adults and young adults, providing one-to-one counselling.
She is passionate about her work and aims to have her clients leave therapy with a better understanding of themselves, a lighter emotional load, and tools for life.
